O evento foi realizado no auditório da Faculdade Guararapes em Piedade. A abertura do evento teve inicio com o canto do hino do Jaboatão, pelo coral dos servidores da prefeitura. A cerimônia contou também, com a presença do presidente do Sindicato dos Servidores Público do Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Silas.
